We have formed a COVID-19 Action Committee made up of Senior members of our teams to closely monitor and control the situation across our businesses. We are taking measures to manage the impact of COVID-19 following guidance from the World Health Organisation and local governments to ensure the safety and wellness of our employees and our customers. The measures we are taking include;
Remote working – As a business a large number of our employees are able to carry out their duties from home with little effect to our customers. We have put this in to effect where it has been possible. Employees who have responsibilities off site will receive continuous updates as required. Measures have been put into place to ensure we are able to meet the needs of our customers maintenance contracts to ensure continuity of their services.
Travel – Employees have been instructed to avoid travel unless it is business critical.
Meetings – employees have been asked to avoid attending large group meetings in person and will utilise our conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues and customers.
Safeguards – we have implemented extra hygiene measures and will continue to follow and share guidelines from government authorities in the fight to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
We are committed to supporting our customers during this time and business continuity plans are already in place to ensure we can meet the needs of our customers.
